Fractional COO · CPO · Chief of Staff

Reduce ambiguity.
Create alignment.
Execute what matters.

I work where product, AI, strategy, operations and execution get complicated.

I step into high-stakes, high-ambiguity situations to help leadership teams figure out what matters, make the hard calls and turn strategy into coordinated action.

Where I step in

The strategy exists.
The operating path doesn’t.

01

Growth has outpaced the structure.

Ownership is blurry, leaders are carrying too much, and the organization needs clearer roles, capacity and operating rhythm.

02

The work crosses every function.

A priority touches product, engineering, revenue, finance, customers or compliance—and no one is connecting the whole picture.

03

The next decision carries real risk.

A new market, AI investment, enterprise commitment or transformation needs evidence, executive alignment and an executable plan.

AI-enabled enterprise SaaS

Make AI launchable.

Connected AI product design with the operating work required to launch it—functional requirements, production cutover, customer enablement, go-to-market coordination, feedback triage and decision cadence.

Venture-backed SaaS

Build the structure before the next stage.

Designed a functional organization with clear executive ownership and a trigger-based headcount model tied to accounts, users, implementations and partners. Established governance and turned organizational gaps into an actionable path forward.

PE-backed event technology

Focus the company around the product.

Connected ICP, positioning, portfolio priorities and roadmap decisions with board-level business context, then built a migration and deprecation program spanning 380+ enterprise accounts.

Turn the pilot into a decision.

Built the structure around a four-week, two-market proof of concept: success metrics, training, escalation triggers, weekly executive readouts and go/no-go governance. Converted 184 requirements into priorities, owners, dependencies and acceptance criteria.

Professional services

Think beyond services.

Assessed SaaS readiness and product-market fit for a three-module platform, then defined the organizational support model, client lifecycle, commercialization plan and recurring-revenue path.

About

Hi, I’m Jeannie.

I’ve spent my career walking into complicated technology businesses and asking the questions that usually need to be asked sooner.

I’m a product executive by foundation, a strategist by instinct and an operator when something needs to get done. Depending on the problem, my scope looks like a fractional COO, CPO or Chief of Staff: connecting leadership decisions to organizational structure, cross-functional priorities and day-to-day execution.

My career spans enterprise SaaS, emerging technology and professional services—from driving 400% product revenue growth and directing more than 50 agile teams to building new functions, leading major transformations and helping companies prepare for transactions.

I’m at my best when the stakes are real, the answer isn’t obvious and a team needs someone who can see the whole system, make the call and move the work forward.

Let’s talk
